The main promotion candidate KPV will face HJK´s reserve team Klubi-04. KPV has not played their best football yet but are still second with 11 points from 6 games. Klubi-04 had a decent start to the season but they were totally demolished in their last game against AC Kajaani (1-5). Klubi-04 is now 8th with 7 points from 6 games.

KPV started their week with bad news as three of their starting line-up players, Timo Rauhala, Patrick Poutiainen and Brayan Bermudez were all ruled out for the season due to injury. These players are a big loss for a team challenging for promotion. They do have depth in their team but they might need to go shopping for new players, either from the Free transfers list or wait until the next transfer window opens. KPV is still undefeated at home this season but none of their matches have been convincing. They beat AC Kajaani and AC Oulu by only one goal. Against EIF they drew 0-0. Their defense has been good but they still need to improve on their offense. They rely too much on Kalle Multanen up front. Out of the 7 goals they have scored, Multanen has scored 4 of them. Of course the team has had a lot of bad luck with injuries this season so they have not been able to play with their best starting line-up yet.

Klubi-04 is a talented, young squad but like against AC Kajaani, they can have bad days. In that match they were all over the pitch and Kajaani was able to dominate the game. This is a bit surprising as Kajaani was also a newly promoted team and they were expected to be at their level. At the start of the season, the team that Klubi-04 expected to beat at home, was supposed to be Kajaani. Unfortunately the few missing players that Klubi-04 had, affected the game greatly. Things should be a bit better for this match when looking at players. Also as HJK wont play until Tuesday, Klubi-04 can get some players to help from there. Klubi-04 has played only two away games this season and they are yet to score a goal. They drew 0-0 with FC KTP and then lost 2-0 to HIFK.

Previous matches:

KPV team news:

KPV will miss definitely Rauhala, Poutiainen and Bermudez.

Klubi-04 team news:

They will still miss at least Ollila, Kiuru, Mabinda Kinzumba and Katz. Also Kevin Kouassivi-Benissan and Rony Huhtala are out.

Starting Line ups:

KPV: Marttinen – Josimov, Myntti, Koskimaa, Hinestroza – Heiermann, Huuhka, Nissinen, Byskata, Iaroshenko – Multanen
K04: Källman – Laitinen, Paavola, Saarinen, Laitinen, Ceesay – Lindblad, Tauriainen, Ollikainen, Räsänen – Jäntti, Nsombo

With KPV not the best at midfield and Klubi-04 wanting to improve on their defense from the last game, our pick is under 2.5 goals
