FC Lahti saw their 15-game unbeaten streak come to an end in the last round where they lost to SJK 1-0. They are still 2nd though with 38 points. PS Kemi has had a couple of bad results and are currently 10th but only 4 points ahead of HIFK who are in the relegation play-out position.

FC Lahti has been one of the best home teams in the league as they have lost only once at home this season (KuPS 1-2 back in May). They have gotten 5 wins and 5 draws in the other matches. In their 5 last home games they have won 4 and drawn once. FC Lahti has been missing their Estonian international striker Henri Anier but he should be available for this match as he was also selected for the upcoming matches for Estonia. FC Lahti goalkeeper Vasiutin missed their match against SJK and it is unsure yet if he can play against PS Kemi. He is a big loss for Lahti if he cannot play.

PS Kemi has had a couple of bad games and they have lost the momentum that they got from their new players. In their last match they lost 1-5 at home to FC Inter and they looked lost. Even their goalkeeper Forsman who has had a good season so far was at fault in some of the goals. With HIFK showing signs of improvement, PS Kemi is looking like the team that will have to play against the 2nd team in Ykkönen for a place in the Veikkausliiga next season. PS Kemi will miss from this match injured Eduard Zea and suspended Julian Guevara. They will get back though forwards Momodou Ceesay and Kevin Tano.

The teams have met twice this season with the teams drawing 1-1 in Kemi and FC Lahti winning at home 1-0.

Starting line ups:
Lahti: Mujunen – Sesay, Jovanovic, Kärkkäinen, Hauhia – Hostikka, Helmke, Paananen, Hertsi – Simonovski, Stenio
Kemi: Vilmunen – Mansally, Nurmos, Laitinen, Ojala – Ademi, Kaljumäe, Jama – Karjalainen, Mosnikov, Ceesay

Lahti should win this by at least 2 goals but to add value, both teams to score.
