This is the final group stage game for both teams and there is a lot at stake as both teams still have some chances to progress to the next stage. Both teams will play in Ykkönen this season and will fight for promotion so this should be a good game. KPV is 4th at the moment with only 5 points. If they win this match they will go 3rd with 8 points. The best 3rd placed team from all groups will progress to the next stage. KPV would have the best record if 3 other matches go their way during the weekend. AC Oulu cannot beat PS Kemi, Haka and JJK will have to play a draw and TPS cannot beat EIF. If all those 3 results would happen, then KPV would progress. Jaro is in a similar situation except that with a win they would most likely progress as they have a better goal difference than AC Oulu and Haka who are the biggest challengers for the 3rd spot.

KPV has not played as well as they did last season in the Finnish Cup despite them having a stronger team than last season. Their opening round draw with TPV might cost them a place in the next round. Since then though their performances did get better. They lost to leaders SJK by only 1 goal and managed to get a draw out of 2nd placed VPS. In the last round they had an easy win against PKKU. Basically their form is improving. KPV will miss only Oskari Saviranta and Riku Lelo Lun Koka.

FF Jaro also had their worst game of the group against VPS  in the opening round but have since gotten several new players and their performances have been good. They beat both Kakkonen teams PKKU and TPV easily and then drew with leaders SJK in the last round. FF Jaro will miss Jonas Emet and Seth Paintsil from this match. Viktor Strömbäck returns to line-up.

This is a derby game as both are from neighboring cities. The teams met 3 times last season in the Ykkönen. KPV won the first match 3-0 but the other two ended in a draw.

Starting Line ups:
KPV: Myllymäki – Rauhala, Josimov, Koskimaa, Heiermann – Poutiainen, Nissinen, Byskata, Ioaroshenko – Hasanzada, Multanen
Jaro: Rosenlöf – Sjöstedt, Takamäki, Milosavljevic, Antila – Mandiangu, Takahashi, Kula – Böling, Jovovic

Prediction:

KPV draw no bet
