This is the final group stage game for both teams. KuPS has already won the group after impressive displays in all games. RoPS has struggled a bit but are still 2nd in the group. They need to match the points that AC Oulu will do in their own game to be sure of qualification. Their goal difference is so much better than AC Oulu´s or even PS Kemi´s so they should remain ahead of them if points are even.

KuPS is one of the biggest challengers this season to HJK and they have showed how good their team is in the pre-season. They have managed to keep the majority of their players from last season and added a few new ones. In the Cup they have won all games easily and in their friendlies they lost to Belorussian Shaktyor but they beat Moldovian giant FC Sheriff. Like last season, all seems to click for the team at this point of the season.

RoPS has changed a lot from last season with new head coach and plenty of new players. They made the biggest coup so far in the transfer market by acquiring former Marseille and AC Milan left back Taye Taiwo. Taiwo played with Finnish Champions HJK two years ago and was one or if not the best player in the league that season. They are still trying to get a work permit for him so not sure if he is available in this match yet. RoPS has played decently in the Cup so far if you do not count that loss to rivals Kemi. They easily defeated both AC Kajaani and MuSa and drew with AC Oulu. To be honest, we expected worse from a team that lost their excellent head coach Malinen after last season. On their day, they can challenge the better teams in the league.

Starting Line ups:
KuPS: Virtanen – Murillo, Coulibaly, Toivomäki, Nissinen – Saxman, Pennanen – Niskanen, Purje, Nissilä – Karjalainen
RoPS: Reguero – Segava, Geffrard, Ala, Väisänen – Okkonen, Hyvärinen – Moraes, Lingman, Wato – Lappalainen

The odds for the home win are a bit too low. Main pick here is both teams to score.
