Finland team announced to face Estonia and Greece

Finland national team head coach Markku Kanerva has announced his preliminary team to face Estonia and Greece in the Nations league.

Finland will face Estonia on Friday 12th of October at the A Le Coq Arena in Tallinn and Greece on 15th of October at the Ratina Stadium in Tampere. These will be the first two matches of the Nations League C Group 2. The fourth team in the Group is Greece.

Finland leads the Nations League C Group 2 after beating Hungary and Estonia 1-0 in the opening two games. From the team that was announced to those games there are a couple of changes. Henri Toivomäki and Simon Skrabb are both out. To replace them, Thomas Lam (Zwolle), Petteri Forsell (Miedz Legnica) and Eero Markkanen (Dalkurd) were added.

Alexander Ring (NY City) just announced this week that he retired from International duty so he is another big loss for Finland.
