Finnish 1st Division Ykkönen Sunday 7 August
KTP vs KPV 18:30 Arto Tolsa Areena, Kotka
Odds 2.22 – 3.40 – 2.80 – Play at RedKings and take advantage of the FREE Money offer
KTP is slowly getting some of their form back. They have earned 7 points from their last 3 games. They have still only won one game at home which they will want to improve. KPV had a long losing streak which they have ended now with a draw and a win. Especially in their last game they showed some good character coming back from 0-1 down to beat top team JJK 2-1.
The teams have met once this season with KPV winning 1-0 in Kokkola. KTP will be without Honkaniemi in this match as he is suspended. KPV has a couple of doubts but they will get a new player in the team as Jamaican Chevone Marsh signed with them.
Starting line ups:
KTP: Pyhäranta – Ositashvili, Salonen, Dolivo, Laitinen, Veija, Tarvonen, Minkenen, Oksanen, Aalto, Kannah
KPV; Henriksson – Myntti, Gustavsson, Mendy, Rauhala, Mäki, Sipilä, Banner Jr, Huuhka, Marsh
The home team is on form and the odds for a home win are good.
FF Jaro vs EIF 18:30 Centralplan, Pietarsaari
Odds 1.62 – 3.80 – 4.50 – Play at RedKings and take advantage of several Euro 2016 offers
FF Jaro is still looking for their first home win of the season. The team has played too many draws and find themselves in a relegation spot. They need wins and they need them fast. This is why they brought in a new head coach when englishman Kristian Heames took over. They almost took a win in his first game in charge after leading 0-1 in Kotka but had to settle for a 1-1 draw. That was their 5th game without a win. EIF is looking at their second game without their top scorer Sasa Jovovic who moved to KuPS. The first game did not go well as despite their several chances they were not able to score against AC Oulu and lost 0-2.
The teams have met once this season with EIF winning 1-0 in Tammisaari. FF Jaro will still miss Seth Paintsil who is injured. Serge Atakayi and Macomba are also unavailable. Sergei Eremenko is available though. EIF might miss Konate who is a doubt.
Starting line ups:
Jaro: Öhberg – Moore, Bamba, Sandström, Brunell, Emet, Josue, Kronholm, Kula, P.niang, Morin
EIF: Murray – Ekström, Sairinen, Estlander, Dos Santos, Isaksson, Akouokou, Kinda, Källman, Lindqvist, Aalto
The odds on home win are too low. EIF has gotten their striker B. Källman back on loan from FC Inter so he will improve the offense. EIF would be happy with a draw here.
FC Jazz vs GrIFK 18:30 Porin Stadion, Pori
Odds 2.60 – 3.40 – 2.40 – Play at RedKings and take advantage of the FREE money offer
This is a big match for the home team especially. They are already 11 points from safety and their change in head coach has not worked yet. Their last two games against TPS and JJK has ended in two losses where they were unable to score a goal. GrIFK is 7th but they at least have a 15 points cushion against Jazz. GrIFK has gotten most of their points at home as on the road they have only 1 win and 1 draw out of 8 games. FC Jazz is looking for their first win at home this season.
The teams met once this season in Kauniainen where the points were share 1-1. FC Jazz will get back Aleksi Nurminen who has suffered his suspension. Overall their injury list looks short with Mäkelä though still a doubt.
Starting line ups:
Jazz: Pirhonen – Starck, Virtanen, Wirtz, Välilä, Lehto, Mapoka, Sanchez, Junnila, Mäkelä, Lehtonen
GrIFK: Vuorinen – Törmänen, Matrone, Heiskanen, Seferi, Meyer, Luoto, Seferi F, Perera, Kaasinen, Langhoff D.
It is a must win game for FC Jazz and as they have Mäkelä back, I can see them scoring even 2 goals against this GrIFK team. Home win
